“For I know the plans I have for you”—this is the Lord’s declaration—“plans for your welfare, not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. You will call to Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.” Jeremiah 29:11-13
God offers you purpose, but what you do with the offer is up to you.
It all starts with the decision to believe what the Bible says about your condition and what God has done to provide for you. Clearly, the Bible says that all have sinned (failed to meet God’s perfect standard), are separated from Him, and deserve death. But it also states that His great love for you compelled Him to send Jesus Christ, His Son, to die for you. Further, it tells us that on the third day after He was crucified, Jesus rose from the dead to never die again. He died your death so you could share in His life!
If you believe what the Bible says then simply pray, agreeing with God that your sin has caused a need you have no ability to do anything about. Tell God you believe that Jesus died for you and are ready to turn to Him—asking Him for forgiveness, salvation and eternal life.
We would love to hear about your decision, answer any questions you may have about your new life in Christ and assist you any way we can. Please contact us as soon as possible. firstname.lastname@example.org
